The model can pay by instalments, there will be an additional charge of £25 if paying by instalment.
A confirmed date for the portfolio session will not take place until payment has been made in full.
The client will note that the booking may be carried out by independent operators who work under the guidelines of Mahogany but do not work for Mahogany and as such mahogany cannot be held responsible for the conduct or manner in which the contractor manages their business.
Your pictures may be provided to you directly by the photographer or via Mahogany Models.
The model will note that MAHOGANY has the right to cancel/waiver any part of this agreement if the conditions herein are not adhered to.
The photographer may contact you to discuss your specific requirements.
CANCELLATION FEE: if you cancel your booking within 96 hours of the date of your confirmed booking you will lose the studio hire fee (a minimum of £150.00), under no circumstances will this part of the fee be refunded to you.
If you cancel your booking before the 96 hour time limit then £75.00 will be deducted from your fee by way of an administrative fee.
If you book a confirmed date and fail to show up on the day of the booking for whatever reason whatsoever you will lose the entire booking fee.
